WL transportation question

I read in Birnbaums 2004 that there is no direct bus to DD or BB, that you need to take a bus to TTC to get there. Can anyone tell me if this is true? If so, are there direct buses at night? We like to go to DD at night but not too thrilled about switching buses to get there, especially on the way back (late at night). Thanks for your help!!!

Wow... that shocks me that Birnbaum would get that wrong. Usually thier books are spot on, since they are "Official" books.

At any rate, *ALL* Disney Resorts will have bus transportation to Downtown Disney/Typhoon Lagoon, and Disney's Animal Kingdom/Blizzard Beach. Buses run from one hour prior to park opening, all the way until the park clears of all day guests.


There are *NO* Downtown Disney, Typhoon Lagoon, or Blizzard Beach buses from the Transportation/Ticket Center.

I can't really remember since we only checked out WL. I would try asking this over on the transportation board. They may know better. If I had to make a guess, I would say that there are buses to both those spots. But I'm not sure.

Well, talk about getting the 'official' word. If Tyler says it, it's most likely going to be the answer. Never mind about asking on the other board now!!

Thanks Tyler!!!! I really appreciate it. I even double checked to make sure I didn't read it wrong (then I would feel dumb!) anyway, page 62-63 WL transportation. Excecpt I mixed up BB with TL (oops) . Now I am 110% totally psyched to stay at WL!!!


P.S. I meant to post this on transportation board. I'm glad it got answered here!! (especially from Tyler, since I know he is THE man to go to with transportation Q's around here!!)
