WL to MK

Considering dinner at WL before heading over to MK for the evening. We will be driving from BWV. What are our options for parking? I know there's a boat ride option somewhere!

If you are parking at WL for dinner, you are allowed 3 hours, so you would not be able to park there, eat, and then head over to MK.
And yes there is a boat from WL to MK.

So where should we park? I'm thinking we should park as if going to MK, then once we get to MK take the boat to WL. Then boat it back to MK for the evening?

If you're "parking" at MK, that's at TTC. Then you'd either monorail or ferry to MK, then boat to WL.
