WL to GF to Poly??

In December, we are planning on leaving the Wilderness Lodge and going to the Grand Floridian to check out the Christmas decorations. We are then heading to the Polynesian for dinner at O'hana.

I'm thinking we will take the boat from the WL to the MK and then take either the monorail or the boat to the Grand Floridan. Then we will either take the monorail or walk to the Poly for dinner. Any advice about what would be the fastest way to do it? How long should I allow for the travel?

I would take the boat from the Wilderness Lodge to the Contemporary. From there, hop on the monorial to the GF. From the GF to the Polynesian you can either take the monorial, or take the boat. Check to make sure, but the last time I was there, the boat ran GF-Poly-MK-GF.
