I believe the Standard 2 Queen Bed Rooms are the cheapest @ $225 night. Rooms go up in price by the view: Standard, Woods, and Courtyard.
Bunk Bed Rooms are in a category of their own. I am booked for a Courtyard Bunk Bed View @ $305 night. I am not sure what the Standard or Woods View Bunk Bed books for.
Many of these WL rooms are offered for about 10% less with a AAA membership. I have unfortunately noticed that not all of the the rooms are offerd with the AAA discounts (there seems to be a limited amount perhaps). Once I tried to get a bunk room and they had them available, but not with the AAA discount. Keep in mind that the price of a yearly AAA membership can be a lot less than the money you would spend for several nights in a Disney Resort without the savings (plus they will come "save" you if you get a flat tire or your battery dies back home in the grocery store parking lot).
I know this is subjective but is it really worth paying the extra $ for an upgraded view especially woods view? I ask this because at some resorts, like POR, the 'water' view really isn't worth it.
One advantage to the lower priced Woods View Rooms is that they tend to be quieter. Those overlooking the pool or near the lobby (with the Whispering Canyon below) tend to be noisier. I've also head that those with a water view can be noisy around 9:30 pm during the Electrical Water Pageant - I personally ENJOY that happy kind of noise!
