WL- Oct 2008 Booked?

Help! I was looking online at WDW for a price for WL deluxe room- we have 6 in our family- for Oct 2008. It said no rooms avail for that time. I called WDW Travel Co and thy also said no rooms avail. Could it really be their not opened to book yet because it is a year away? I tried several days in Nov and they weren't free either, but a week in Dec was, so I know its not blocked off for any dates over a year from now. We really have our hearts set on this hotel, and don't want to risk not getting connecting rooms.

I don't know about deluxe rooms, but we booked the WL courtyard view 2 weeks ago for October of '08.

Yeah, theres a real limited amount of deluxe rooms (they sleep 6). Thats why I'm so worried.
