WL jogging path

Is the WL joggiing path paved and can you rollarblade on it?

The path between WL and FW is paved. Since you can ride bicycles on it, I'm sure rollerblading is OK.

It is paved but I seem to remember something in the resort literature about rollerblading being prohibited.
