WL here We come

I am excited. I have just upgraded from POR to WL. It was less than 300.00 more.
I have always wanted to stay at POFQ but had settled for POR. I was worried however, because I would be very disappointed if we got there and the room was dilapidated. And there are all those negative reports of the food court.

So I made the plunge and upgraded today. Yippee Yeah Yeah!!!

Its my first time on-site!!!

Congratulations!! Your first time staying on site and it will be in a deluxe!
You will LOVE WL. The atmosphere is amazing, and it is just a quick boat ride to the MK. I love that everything is in one main building at the WL. However be prepared to be spoiled. Once you've stayed at a deluxe, it will be hard to ever go off-site again or even stay in a moderate. Have fun!

I did the same thing. Planned on OP-R but really couldn't pass of the upgrade to WL. Really happy to pay the little extra to try a delux.

We'll be there 9/6 to 9/13, when are you going?

We also took the plunge and decided on WL for our spur of the moment trip in Sept. 13-21.

I want to fax a roon request 4 days prior. Any idea of what I should ask for at WL. I'm not familiar with WL, never been there before. I have 2 kids 3 and 6. Should I do the bunk beds? I heard they really darken the room. What else should I request?

We are going 08-25 to 09-01.

I want to request a fridge. I have the standard view and I am not sure what room area I should ask for. The CM who booked me indicated that the extra money for a lodge view wasnt worth it. I might end up staring at the Lodge villas.

How big are the bunks? Could two little ones, 3 & 4, sleep in one bed? That way Grandma could sleep one the queen and I cold sleep above.

We originally had booked CBR... but, for $300 more, we decided to go for WL!

Can't wait! I am still trying to find out what room request to make too. Hopefully, we can get great ideas on the board!

My luck continues to hold. Today I got CRT for breakfast. And I got a Princess breakfast for the day before. The only disappointment was that the Pirate Cruise was sold out for the day I wanted. Anyway, I console myself with the fact that the kids wont miss it becuase they didnt know about it. And I did book the Tea at GF instead.

Maybe, just maybe, I will get an upgrade when we are checking ti at WL. You never know.
