WL - Ft. Wilderness Walking Trail

Hi neighbors,

I can’t seem to find a definitive answer on this, so I’m turning to the experts: does a walking trail between Wilderness Lodge and Ft. Wilderness exist? If so, where is the entrance at WL? Thank you!

It did exist, but it was torn up in spots for the Reflections construction (which has stopped seemingly indefinitely) and has not reopened.

The pic below shows the path from the WL side. You can’t get past the yellow circled area at the moment.

I asked last month at the WL concierge and the trail was removed when they started work on Reflections.

Well I think they most likely would have had a path if Reflections continued and opened, as they would have connected the 3 resort areas. Now with Reflections shelved, most likely forever, they’re not going to have people walk through the old torn up area, and I can’t see them investing the capital to repave the area. So I think it’s gone for good at this point
