Hi, we are just back from WL and my hubby slept in the top bunk all 4 nights while the kids slept in the queen bed with me. ( musical beds just like at home). He is 5'9" tall and weighs 165. He slept well and was very comfortable.
Hope this helps. Cindy
It is a regular twin bed. I woul have slept up there and I am close to 5 foot 5. When I was 18 I would have slept anywhere. My husband is 6 ft tall and I think that it would be too small for him.

We stayed at WL in January in a room with bunkbeds. My DS who is 18, 6 ft. tall, and 190 lbs. slept in the top bunk with out any problem. It was a little short since it is the same size as a regular twin bed, but he said it was manageable.
Karen,
His piggies must have been hanging over the edge. Tall people are usually used to curling up when they sleep. My husband curls up into a little ball.

DS curls up too. He has a regular twin bed at home so I guess he is just used to it. He has really shot up over the last couple of years and he probably should have a bigger bed, but there is no room in his bedroom for one unless he is willing to get rid of some stuff (which he isn't) He says the regular twin is fine. He usually is curled up and if not your right his piggies are hanging over the edge.
I am 6'1", 275, and I took a nap on the top bunk at WL. I did have to curl up as the bed wasn't real long, but it was ok. I am not sure I would want to sleep every night there. DD 5 and 8 loved them.
