WL Boats and ECVs - recent experience

My parents are joining us for our trip in a couple of weeks and my dad will use an ECV. Has anyone been recently who could tell me whether ECVs have been allowed on the boats from WL to the MK? I know it depends on water level so I'm looking for recent experience. We'll take the bus if we must but I love the boat!

1) Blue Boat (Contemp-WL-FW)
. . . dock ramps cannot be used for the smaller boats
. . . ECV's cannot be used at any time

2) Green Boat (MK-WL-FW)
. . . dock ramps can be used most of the time for the bigger boats
. . . ECV's can be used if lake water level is normal
. . . ECV's cannot be used if lake water level is too high or too low
