Yes, but there might be times that it cAN'T if the water level is to low.

As far as I know, both the WL dock and the MK dock are floating docks... meaning, they stay the same level to the boat, regardless of the water level. However, there still may be other conditions that affect the boat and/or level.

There is now a direct bus that runs from WL to MK, approx every 15 minutes.
