WL Artist Point - Copper River Salmon

Anyone know when AP will start serving Copper River Salmon? As I recall, it's only available for a few weeks in May and June. YUM-O!!!!

For those interested....just called Artist Point, Copper River Salmon is on track for end of May.

One of the managers said that the season is tentatively scheduled to open May 14 and fisherman are forecasting a record harvest.

The AP manager left me a message over the weekend and confirmed they will start serving Copper River Salmon starting Monday, May 18th.

As I recall last year it only lasted two weeks.
