Hi-

I just got an email from Eric confirming my delivery time for 1/6, so I guess he is going to continue to deliver for Wegoshop. Closer to our trip, I will check on this again.

I am keeping my fingers crossed!

We used them for three separate deliveries Nov 16 through Nov 23rd,including our precooked T'giving dinner from Publix. I spoke with Eric and he said there were some changes being made in the administrative end. He and Rebecca will be scaling back. I also spoke with Marge. We were well pleased after some confusion becaused we had so many deliveries and room changes.
 

Here is another thread that details reports of bad experience by several different people over the span of a few months. Though a new owner appear to have stepped in so things ought to be improving.
 
I am trying to call wegoshop to check on a Sunday delivery. I read somewhere here a business phone # of the new owner, does anyone remember where that was???

Has ownership changed in the last month or two?

We used them in October and had a few problems that have yet to be resolved. Perhaps if there is new ownership. we might consider them for our January trip.
 
I believe that starting Jan 1, there are new owners. THe # on the webpage is disconnected.

Hi .. just wanted to post a very positive review of the new owners at wegoshop

our order was perfect and delivered right on time (8pm on saturday 12/3)
i had marge's cell # and we spoke a few times before delivery. once when we checked and again when we got room# ... and then once she called from publix coz they didnt carry the brand of yogurt we requested.

everything was handled professionally and i would definitley use them again

i think the secret to having a successful grocery delivery is to be specfic on your order ... we had brand names, sizes, and choice of flavors listed. we also listed where subs WOULD NOT be acceptable (like any other granola bar than quaker.)

We are arriving at WDW on January 1 (late) and would like to have groceries delivered on January 2. I don't know how to get an order to the new owners. Could someone help me out?

Thank you for the info. I think we are going to give them a try. I hope everyone else gives the new owers a chance instead of listening to a few people that had bad experiences with the last owners. Until I have a bad experience myself, I am going to keep a postive attitude about the whole thing.

I just thought that I would pass along a great experience that we had with WeGoShop. We placed an order about two weeks before our arrival into a Grand Villa at the Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa. Because we were checking in with a large family for almost ten days, the grocery order exceeded $400.00. We prefer to eat in almost every night as I just prefer to a homecooked meal. The new owners serviced us extremely well. They were on time, friendly, and well organized. Their attention to detail was excellent. I was very concerned after reading about prior problems. IMHO, I think these issues have been solved. I addressed my concerns with them and the new owners are working hard to eliminate any past perceptions. My advice, give them a shot. The new owners deserve a chance. They served us well and I hope that they make it. We need services like these here at WDW.

When did the new owners take over the business? We used this company in May 2005 and had a terrible experience. I am glad everything worked out for you guys! I hope the new owners can keep up the good service!
 
The new owners are "offically" assuming ownership 1/1/06, but seem to be taking over now. (The old owner posted recently giving all this info as the reason he was providing no so good service!)
 
Just an FYI...I've merged a lot of wegoshop threads into this thread.
 
I used gardengrocer last week for the first time & was very pleased. The order was correct & on time & the owner delivered it himself. He was very friendly both on the phone & later at delivery. I will definately use this service again.
