Do you get the Shopping benefits (10% off at World of Disney, etc) if you have a Florida Resident Annual pass?

What about the Seasonal pass?

Yes and Yes! There are a few exclusions like gift cards and DVDs and some collectibles but mostly everything is 10% off with any WDW AP (regular or seasonal).
