Original plan was to hit up Epcot late afternoon to FP Soarin, Spaceship Earth, and Nemo and eat dinner at Garden Grill. We'd also watch IllumiNations. We would then spend a second full day there to FP Test Track. We would also have a back up night to watch IllumiNation if there was bad weather the first night.
Now with Soarin closed in January I'm second guessing the plan. Now I'm thinking HS for 3 Fast Passes, a Fatasmic Mama Melrose reservation and watch Fantasmic. We would then spend a second full day in HS. Unlike others we could spend a lot of time in HS watching shows etc. We are spending Martin Luther King day at HS and I know it will be crowded. Adding the extra evening may alleviate being so rushed.
But..... I'd really like to eat at Garden Grill and we've never been able to spend much time in the World Showcase. Spending and extra evening at Epcot would allow us to do that.
Decisions, Decisions....... Traveling with Two - 6 year olds and a 15 yr. This half day I'm not sure what to do with is at the begining of our trip. It's the Sunday before MLK day and I know the parks will be crowded.
