do we think there will be no show at all in the days leading up to 12/5? Anyone remember how it was handled during the last switches? I’m going to be there 12/1 to 12/8, and got hopper passes and stayed at Beach Club to enjoy those shows at the end of the nights. I’d be glad to see the new show, unless, of course, it gets delayed. NO Epcot show would really bum me out.

I don’t recall any days without a show. The nice thing about Epcot Forever is that it doesn’t require a lot of permanent equipment so it is easy to move in and out as needed. For example, the last Illuminations was on September 30 and Epcot Forever started the next day on October 1.

I was there during the Harmonious/Epcot Forever and the Enchantment/Happily Ever After switches and there were no nights without a show. With your dates, you should be able to see both Epcot Forever and Luminous.

I'm very excited to see what I can of the new show from the bridge connecting BCV and BW.

Do we think soft openings are possible for fireworks? we fly home on the 3rd December ..
Personally, I would not anticipate any soft openings for the fireworks as there will be guests planning visits based on seeing the current show.

But this is only my thoughts, nothing official.
