With the Free Dining, do I have to have Park Hopper in the Magic Your Way Package or is it just an option to add on? I currently have it and the way our schedule breaks down with ADRS we may not need it. Or we could do without it if it saved significant cash.

We are me, DW, DS 11, DS 4, DS 2.

We have a 7 day pass for approx 6 full days and the last day(7th day) we get on DME around 5PM.

Thanks for any advice!!:)

No. You just need a 2 day ticket. If you may not use hoppers then you shouldn't get the hopper until you are going to use it because it can be added at any time.

Park Hopper is an Add on to basic tickets and you don't need this to
get Free Dining.
I have a package and basic Tickets and have Free Dining.
I think that you have to have a certain amount of days on the package
with a certain amount of tickets.

Thanks! One more question? Approximately how much is the park hopper per ticket. The Disney site is taking forever so I just x'd out. Thanks!!

Also can I upgrade to an 8 day ticket and use two days in one day?? Or is this not permitted? I am assuming Disney is smart enough to not allow this??

Yes, Disney is smart enough to not allow this. You can only use one "park day" per day per ticket.

Current PH add on is $55.38 ($52 plus 6.5% tax) for any length ticket, adult and child same price.
You can add the PH feature anytime, but it will not save you any money to do that. So add it if you know you will park hop,
or wait until you need the PH if you're not sure yet and add it at your resort or a ticket window or guest services.

I am assuming the cost stays the same no matter when you add is and for how many days. This being said I will definitely plan one park per day. I have tthree kids DS 11, DS 4 and DS 2. My kids won't last long enough to park hop after another is closed. I will just plan one park each day take breaks in the middle and then go back to the same park with FP's later that day. thanks for the info

Yeah, they are masters of the industry. I don't blame them!:)

You definitely don't need it. I've had my last two trips with them withDP and only hopped one time. This yr we weren't going To add it on but being that four of our favorite restaurants are in Epcot and we won't be spending four Full days there it's worth it in the long run for us to add it on just for some really nice dinners.

We never park hop. But I can say all our favortie places to eat are epcot so we have narrowed it down to 2. So we will be at Epcot those days. Love Epcots choices for food.

Just a wee bit curious. Which two do you have it down to? I have a hard time getting it to four. We love coral reef , n the Italian restaurant. This year we're trying Japanese hibachi restaurant and le celliar. Any good tips?
