We have a trip coming up, and I hear you can't do online checkin now with their ridiculous same-reservationnumber-for-each-part-of-the-stay thing ( I recently asked them to split it up into different numbers and was refused).
My aunt has a bad knee, and needs the ground floor. Not an HA room, just ground floor.
How do I contact them to let them know? I'm sure it will be very simple but I'm really scattered right now and figured people here could help.
