There's also a wishing well (romantics take note) and the famous swans!
Were can I find It? I wanna find it!

The swans swim in the water on either side of the walkway through the castle. The wishing well is to the right of the castle, on the other side of the water.

YOu'll also find a wishing well at Minnies house in toon town.

The wishing well and statues of Snow and the 7 Dwarfs along the water's edge is one of the reasons I like DL so much better than WDW. DL has so many magical, quaint, "hidden" little places like those. It adds to the feeling of being somewhere very special.

Also look for the Wicked Queen in the window above Snow White's Adventure ride. Also, I thought I read that there's also an apple on a pedestal near there that if you touch it, you can hear the Queen's evil laugh.
