Does tinkerbell fly at the beginning of wishes?

From everything I have heard, Tink still does her flight before the show.

Yes, TInkerbell will fly - weather permitting. I was told that if there is lightning within 50 miles of the Kingdom, or if the wind is too strong, she won't fly.

YES she does, but not at the very, very beginning like she used to.

so where is the best place to view wishes from???? we will be there in december right after xmas and i would like to know ahead of time where we should try to position ourselves...

My best guess would be on the 2nd floor at the Train Station at the entrance to the Magic Kingdom.
