Wishes still on during party days?

i'm sure this has been asked many times before, but are Wishes and Spectromagic still on before the park closes for the Halloween / Christmas parties? and if not, are they still on on the nights that there are no parties?

Spectro isn't show on the party nights. Based on the park hours on the Disney website it looks like they will show Wishes on the MVMCP nights but not on the MNSSHP nights. It is still too light during MNSSHP dates.

In the past the answer is no. They do not fireworks for day guests on party nights (or Specto). Fireworks are only for the party itself. A reload would take a considerable amount of time and is usually only done for New Years Eve. With that said, if it is showing on the times guide (which I honestly did not look at) I would not be suprised to see that adjusted when the dates get closer.

Spectro and Wishes will be scheduled for non party nights during November/December, check the times guide when you get to WDW for accurate info

What is confusing some is the new announcement that the Wishes! fireworks at the end of this month will be replaced by the Hallowishes show. That just means that the existing scheduled Wishes! shows will still take place, but Hallowishes will be shown instead.

Right now, the WDW schedule IS showing Wishes at 6 PM on the nights of the MVMCP parties. In years past, they did not have them because the park closed at 6 PM. However, this year the park does not close until 7 PM. Whether or not they change their schedule and drop Wishes on the MVMCP remains to be seen.

I just got back from the week of Oct 16-19 and Wednesday was the only day the park was open until 9 because there was no party at night. They showed the Hallowishes after Spectro. I was pretty upset because I already saw the Hallowishes Monday night during MNNSHP and was hoping to see the regular Wishes. A cast member told me that the closer they get to Halloween they only do Hallowishes. Hope this helps
