Wishes Reception Ideas for 10 people or less

DF and I are planning a wishes wedding for November next year and we were wondering what other options we have for a reception for 10 people or less because its so far out we are not sure how many people will be coming to our wedding as we live in Australia.
Our wedding consultant has told us a little bit but we were wanting to get some other ideas from dis brides.
We are having a morocco dessert party as well.
W are looking at a lunch reception.

I had 6 guests so 8 people in total and used the Key West Room in the GF.

I have 12 guests and we are using Ariels, the three areas stop it from looking too big.

Other options could be the Sonoma Room, St James room at the Boardwalk or the Whitehall at the Grand Floridian

Were also using Morocco

Yes I had an Escape Wedding. I booked 8 months in advance, then the reception 6 months in advance.

Reception:
8 hosted soft drinks @ $4 - $41.24
12 hosted wine @ $7.25 - $112.11
8 plated meals @ £106.50 - $1097.93
Small Party Fee - $53.25

Sub-Total - $1304.53

Dessert Party:
8 sweet dreams (modified) @ $40 - $412.37
2 All about Mickey Centrepice @ $95 - $244.84
Small Party Fee - $53.25

Sub-Total - $710.46

GRAND TOTAL - $10292.31

Just to add receptions and dessert parties can now be booked at 8 months alongside the escape wedding.

we are having a small wishes wedding (less than 20). Our lunch reception is going to be at the Whitehall Room. Originally we were going with the KeyWest Room, but thought wasn't too impress with the size of it.

Yeah we have been having a look at the rooms and we are not sure what we want to do!! I thought you were allowed to book a table at a restaurant but apparently that's not the case anymore....

Of course you are allowed to book a table at a restaurant, you can wear your dress at hotels and DTD locations but no for in park restaurants

I thought that too gummy bear my my consultant told me that for a wishes wedding we had to book out the restaurant we couldn't just have dinner at one of the restaurants . Im so confused it getting a little hard now!

Are you sure you want a wishes wedding? It sounds like you may be better suited to an escape, then arrange your own restaurant dinner?

Well that's the problem we don't know what we want thats why I am trying to get Ideas plus its a little harder to get an idea of who's coming when our wedding is 14 months out and in a different country. Everyone has to save and get holidays etc before we have a count of people.

It sounds like an Escape Wedding would be better for you.
