During MNSSHP, when does Wishes usually occur?

Is it the the same at every MNSSHP or does it depend on the day of the week?

Interested in a Sunday and Friday MNSSHP Wishes schedule.

Also does the parade occur before or after Wishes. Are there 2 parades?
