Wishes in Magic Kingdom

I have seen the video of Wishes but not seen it in person yet. The fireworks always make so much more of an impact on me when I am there. You can "see" the fireworks any time....you can only "experience" them while you are there!

I'm not much for fireworks either, but combine it with that soundtrack and narration, along with being in the Happiest Place on Earth with my family, and it is an unbeatable combination!!....P

It looks amazing! Sadly, I haven't been to WDW yet. But I will be going in December!! I can't wait to see Wishes!!

Liked it a lot, but the fireworks at MVMCP we saw some years ago was absolutely the best fireworks/music presentation ever. I think they still do something like it where the fireworks look as thought they are coming from all around you I have never seen anything else quite that great

We loved it. I am still getting the video to DVD and any time we need a fix we just select a dvd.

For those who haven't seen it yet - it's a must see!

Yes Micca, the ones at MVMCP come from different positions on the WDW railroad tracks so they are coming all around you! The finale is quite spectacular, isn't it!

Absolutly loved it, thought it would be hard to beat, but, The fireworks at the MVMCP did.

A great spot to see Whishes is the pathway in front of the baby center near the Crystal Palace. There are a few benches to sit on and you see everything!

Loved it, thanks to ohanafamily & RRBB who did some shopping for me on their trip I can now listen to the CD everyday! It's wonderful.

Awesome!! We bought the music but we just got back and it is too soon for me to listen to WDW music--I haven't quite gotten over the post-Disney trip blues. (I did catch DH singing along to Spectromagic last nite )

We saw the last showing of FITS last October and several test runs of Wishes from our balcony at the CR, so of course we just had to extend our vacation by 1 day to see the first (public) showing of Wishes. Didn't get the soundtrack, though - maybe next time!

Can anyone tell me about the CD please.

Is it just the music/narration to Wishes or is it a compilation?

The CD has the music/narration and a few additional tracks. My DD said one of them is the music played after Wishes.

The only thing missing is the boom of the fireworks!

I LOVED IT! My DH is not a fireworks fanatic, and last October he didn't want to go to MK just to see Spectro and WISHES. After he and I watched WISHES he said, 'Now THAT was worth coming to the Magic Kingdom for!" He loved it so much that HE suggested that we see it again and video it. I can't wait to see it again in October!

Loved it June, had to see it twice. Bought the CD and listen to it almost everyday. I have it saved on my computer at work and listen while I am driving.

The CD is the narration and the music from Wishes. It also has a bonus track of just the music so you can sing along.
