wishes & illumination cruises

Can someone explain if they are the same thing there abouts , and what if any the difference between the two.

Wishes cruise is at the Magic Kingdom in 7 seas lagoon. Illuminations is at Epcot and you moor under the bridge between France and England. They are both fun but I personally thought the Wishes one was better because you got a very different view to being in the park. The view at Epcot is quite good but the same as if you were standing on the bridge. Possible downside of wishes is not hearing the music. We could hear it because a neighbouring boat was playing it. You can pay extra to be sure of having the music. At Epcot you hear the same as everyone else.

can I jump in and ask what time the wishes one is I know epcot is 9 thinking MK is 10

MK ones can vary depeding what time the park closes as it changes seasonally/daily.
