Wishes & Halloween Party

So I really really really want to go to MK on my baby's first birthday, but looking at the schedule they are not doing Wishes that night...Is it because of the Halloween Party? What are the chances of them adding Wishes??

What date? If it's a party night then, no, they will not add Wishes. It will just be Hallowishes during the party.
