I want to watch Wishes outside the park from a resort, especially where the music is piped in. Where is the best place.

Thanks

We saw Wishes from Poly once. It was very beautiful sitting on the beach with the music and the Tiki torches. I would highly recommend it.

contemporary 4th floor outside balcony, on the other side from Chef Mickey. They even have a few benches set up for viewing. They pipe in the music and the view is great.
Just take the monorail to the contemporary.

There are signs on the beach at the Polynesian that it only for registered guests of the Polynesian. They seem to sporadically enforce it. But be aware that you might be asked to leave.

I was thinking about going over there to see Wishes on Thanksgiving night. But I would be surprised if this wasn't a busy place.

Has anyone gone there just to see the fireworks?

We have AP's but my Dsis and her family have tickets for the next two days.......not Thanksgiving day. Their kids are older (14,17,18) and they don't want to spend time at Mk, just MGM and Epcot so I'm afraid that they will miss out on this fantastic show. We loved it when we were there. I thought it might be a nice treat for that night. Will it be too crazy?

Should we park at the TTC and take the monrail over?

It seems at times at the Polynesian they don't have the music on outside, only in O'Hanas.

You truly can not get the full benefit of the program without going to the MK, I hope you will see it there.

We happened to catch Wishes while on the boat back to Ft. Wilderness one night. Our Captain asked if anyone minded just floating in the middle of Seven Seas Lagoon and of course no one objected. It was great!

Hi! I just found these boards and they have been so helpful!!! :flower:

I never knew there was a balcony on the 4th floor. Is this over by the shops?

Sammie is right...it is beautiful at a resort (I am partial to the poly because that is were I got engaged!...but no music on the beach!) I am sure contemoray is nice...we saw it from the balcony of california grill music and all and it was nice...BUT NOT like being there. you really can't get the full beauty unless you are standing on main street looking at that beautiful castle lol (do you think I am a fan?) :teeth:

Are there speakers on the deck, or are you so close to the MK from this location that you can hear it. Did the sound like it was coming from behind you at the resort or in front from the park?
