Wishes from GF

We have dinner PS's for 1900 Park Fare in May for 7:40. The Wishes FW are scheduled that night for 8:45... perfect, so I think! But we've only ever seen Wishes from the Polynesian or inside of the MK. What is a good spot to view Wishes and the ELP from the GF? Any good tips? And does anyone know if they pipe the music over anwhere at the GF?

Go down to the dock area near Narcoossees. You can see the fireworks from there as well as the ELP. Sorry no music is piped into the resort, that only occurs at Cal Grill.

If you plan on seeing Wishes from the GF and your PS is at 7:40, I'd try to move the PS a little earlier. Everytime I've eaten dinner at 1900 Park Fare, I've always had a significant wait for a table. If you have to wait anything longer than 15 minutes (most likely IMO) you won't even make it outside in time for Wishes. I'd move up your PS time to 7:15, to give you a wait window and and allow you enough time to get outside. Another good place to see Wishes are the tables located outside of Gasparilla's. There is a straight on view, and the castle is off to the right. The CM at the GF told us that the fireworks are actually shot off behind Frontierland and only appear to be over the castle, but are really not. So this way, you get a wonderful view, and a seat to boot!!!! Sometimes the poarch surrounding Narcoossee's gets blocked off for Narcoossee's patrons only, the dock area where the boats to/from MK come in is another good area.
