Our first night we are having dinner at Chef Mickey's. Are there any observation decks that we can watch Wishes?

Note CR has another observation deck outside the fourth floor where they pipe in the music for Wishes. It's not as glamorous as watching from the roof 10 stories up, but you're getting pretty much the same show.

And the chances of getting a seat at the CG bar anywhere near fireworks time are slim and none.
