Quick question? Is there ever a day when there isn't a wishes fireworks? I'm getting a bit concerned. I happened to check for this November 1 and last years November 1st and there appears like there wasn't a wishes fireworks. I'm hoping to have my wedding next November 1st and DF and I were thinking of watching the fireworks from the whitehall and patio. Any information is appreciated. Thnx!

This is because they have the special fireworks shows for the holiday season instead of Wishes, not to worry there are fireworks over the Magic Kingdom every night!

Epcot has Illuminations Fireworks every night, every day of the year, but during the slow seasons, MK doesn't have fireworks every night. Some nights the MK park closes early, by 7:00 p.m. during the slow season, but even when it's slow they usually still have fireworks on Friday and Saturday nights.

 Oh no. Hmm well Nov.1 next year falls on a Tuesday. I guess we will wait and see. We have a place held for the dessert party at Epcot but we had thought maybe just watch them from where our reception is going to be to save some money.

Usually MVMCP starts in Nov so even if you don't see Wishes because the park closes at 7, the xmas party has it's own special fireworks. Just confirm the time with your planner. They will know the schedule a few months in advance. But please remember that they can always be changed due to weather or other circumstances. When you book a DP there's several warnings of this on your BEO.

For the last few years even during the slowest times of the year there have been fireworks every night from MK :confused3

This November 1st it is Hallowishes as Mickeys Not So Scary Halloween is on that night. I am sure you will either have wishes or hallowishes, don't stress!:)

It's Disneyland that doesn't have fireworks every night during the slow season, but I can assure you that Disneyworld has fireworks everynight as long as the weather isn't too severe.
Some nights there are special fireworks, like during MNSCHP or MVMCP. Because of the sun going down earlier during winter months, fireworks can start earlier during those times.

Thnx ladies! I'm glad to hear there's always fireworks. It'll be even better if they're slightly earlier because than I won't have to add on an extra hour to our reception in order to watch them.. :lmao: I saw some great pics from other brides from the Whitehall Room and Patio so I'm excited.

Actually, I have seen quite a few times when MK did not have the Wishes fireworks due to closing early during slow seasons. This happened to me for my birthday the last 2 years (my bday is in Sept., before MNSSHP starts, so definitely the slow season) and I decided to go on different days because there was no Wishes to be had on those particular days. So, sadly, it is not true that WDW has Wishes every single night.

Also, you may want to clarify with a CM that there will still even be the Wishes fireworks show. Disney just announced a couple of weeks ago that they are starting a new theme next year (Let the Memories Begin) and the new show will be a different show than that of Wishes.

Oh No! I guess it's still 2 soon for them to know. I'm just going to hold on to the dessert party spot just in case. Imma keep my fingers crossed. :shamrock:
