Wishes Fireworks Cruise/Private Dining

Thinking of booking a Fireworks cruise for my 40th Birthday Extravaganza!

There would be 7 of us. I know the cruise includes snacks. I am looking for ideas of what Private Dining can add. Any tips or thoughts are welcome! 196 more days!!

I just booked a Wishes cruise (private, not the Ferrytale), and was told I should contact the Grand Floridian to arrange private dining. It sounded as though they could provide fruit and cheese platters/dessert platters/chocolate covered strawberries/champagne, stuff like that. I haven't called yet, but am hoping to get a cake on board to commemorate my inlaws' 50th anniversary.

When we did one of our fireworks cruises years ago, out if the Yacht Club, we had a celebration cake delivered on board. It was excellent.

We did the same for my 40th--I mean, 29th....... --and it is still my favorite single thing we've ever done at Disney. You'll love it!!

The food options were all very pricey IMO, so we opted for dinner at the Poly and sailed from there. Could always pop back in for dessert or coffee afterwards, but we just did dessert with our meal.

My parents are celebrating their 50th this year!! I'm looking at options of things to do and really interested in the fireworks cruise. I didn't see pricing online except for the ferrytale cruise. Anyone have info on this? It would be a big group, probably 20 ppl, so I'm sure I'll be limited on types of cruises.
