What is the wishes fast pass? Is it a waste of a FP? Are there any dining plans that get you priority seating like fantasmic? Other than the dessert party of course.

1- A reserved viewing area in front of the Castle.

2- Some guests love it, some don't want to waste a precious FP+ for it.
