Wishes during Christmas week?

Can anyone tell me when regular Wishes ends and Holiday Wishes begins?

I've been to WDW over a dozen times but I don't think I've ever stayed for Wishes when the kids were younger. I'm planning a trip around Christmas but wanted to get in both Holiday Wishes and regular Wishes. When does one end and the other begin? I assumes that non-party nights have regular Wishes until close to Christmas, but how close?

During the time that MVMCP is running, on the nights of MVMCP, Christmas Wishes will run during the party.
But, on the nights when MVMCP is NOT happening, regular Wishes will run.

Then, starting the night AFTER the last MVMCP of the year, and continuing every night through Dec. 30, Christmas Wishes will run.
