Has anyone done this solo? I did it last year with the family (8 people) it was nice to have a seat and the desserts were ok. Just wondering how a solo experience could be.

I've done it solo and everyone was really nice! Plus being there alone, I had no-one to judge me on the amount of desserts I was stuffing my face with :rotfl2:

Yes, I did it solo a few years ago. They gave me a very nice table by myself right up front. My only complaint was that there weren't enough desserts-when they ran out, they didn't refill.

I did it solo last April! I enjoyed myself, even though it was a rainy evening and the fireworks were mostly in the clouds.

I had a table at the front and had a great view at the railing. I did get some funny looks by the number of empty plates and the plates of desserts waiting to be consumed! :rotfl:

:rotfl: I love this!

I think solo and the dessert party is one of the best ways to enjoy fireworks as you get your own reserved seated space with dessert! Yeah, not that great of dessert, but all in all, it's your own space with no one stepping on your feetsies or holding a camera in front of your camera.
