Wishes Dessert Party -- Tipping???

I just made our reservations for the Wishes Dessert Party. They told me tax was included but not tips. My question is how is tipping handled?

I asked 3 different people in April, including the head person and was told that tipping was not allowed. I really wanted to, but I went by their word.
