Does anyone know if they have confirmed if it will be avaliable in August or not? We want to book it for our anniversary!

Call Disney Dining. I found that at least some of the CMs could access a calendar that could tell me what dates the Dessert Party was going to be held several months before they actually opened up those dates for booking. You can't get this info online; you'll have to call.
