Wishes Dessert Party...gluten free?

Has anyone gone to the Wishes fireworks dessert party eating gluten free? Just wondering what accommodation Disney was able to make. Thank you!

Yes my husband has about three times. First time he went he was whining (to me) that he wasn't going to be able to eat anything thinking the chef would come out and show him what he could have on the buffet (which wouldn't be much). Chef comes out with this rectangular plate with three types of cake, two types of sorbet, brownies, cookies, fruit, probably a few more things I can't remember but these were large portions (not the tasting type portions). He was thrilled. It's been the same plate (basically) each time we have gone. They have told him he could have more of anything too if he wanted but he could barely eat all they bring out for him.
