Wishes Dessert Party Extended!

Just called, Wishes Dessert Party has been extended through 1-2-10 on certain evenings.

Where can I find the dates and the cost? I am going the end of December (24th thru Jan 2nd). Would love to include this on our list of things to do.

Thank you for the date! We wanted to take our nephews but they aren't going into the parks with us until the 4th. Dang. Maybe my husband & I can get in on the 2nd though.

I was just able to get reservations for the 6 of us on Dec 3rd.....right now it is only being offered during the MVMCP........so if you are attending the party I would call, there was availability the week of Nov 28th-Dec5th when we are going.....

We've been hoping that it would be extended. We'll be there starting the 31st, so hopefully we can schedule it one night before it ends. Do we have to call to find out what dates are available if it is only select evenings?

I would call because the only dates she gave me were all for the MVMCP too! So if you dont have tixs for that party you wont get ressies for the dessert party! and you have to pay for it up front also!

i just got off then phone with Disney and the event is through 12/31/09 and the nights are not just MVMCP nights. You do have to have park admission of course and if their is a MVMCP that night you muct have tickets to the event

Hopefully it will stay popular enough for them to extend it through the end of January so I can go to one!

I just called and inquired about 12-14 and 12-19 (both are non MVMCP nights) and was told there is no availablity (which probably means no Wishes Dessert parties have been scheduled those nights). Bummer.

It seems really odd to me that they would only offer it on MVMCP nights... I'm missing the logic here. If I had a hard ticket to the Christmas party, that would be my focus. I wouldn't spend even more money, and take away from party time, to do the dessert party.

Actually to me it isnt really taking away from the party because most of us stop to watch Wishes anyways....so to me my ressies are for 8:30 I go have dessert we watch Wishes at 9:30 and go back to going on the rides and enjoying the party since it goes til 12! Maybe for those that have never been to the party before but we've been to MVMCP so to us this is just another special thing to do!

Heres the link for it.....it has been extended since this was written but no one seems to know for sure if it is only for the nights when MVMCP is going on. I was told by a CM when I got my ressies that it was only for the nights of the party someone else heard differently so its best to call.....

So far just party dates. No one has been able to tell me if they will open it on non-party nights yet.

but did you book for a non-MVMCP night? A few have said the parties are available on non-party nights, but no one's actually said they themselves have a reservation for one of them. I just called & was told ONLY MVMCP nights. I will try again later because we all know everyone is getting different answers on this!

I called this morning and was told they had opened up the dates through the end of the year but were already sold out for the nights we will be there (nov 21st through the 28th)

The party is available on all nights, not just the Halloween party nights.
