Wishes Dessert Party and diebetics

I am considering booking the Wishes dessert party for my family when we go to WDW in May/June. Here is my only concern. My father is a diabetic. As of now he is diet and excersise controlled, so he not a really bad case, but I was wondering if they will have options for him there that are sugar free. He said he could do some ice cream, but not lots of the extra sweets.

Do any of you know if they offer some good desserts made from sugar substitutes or something?
