I'm still trying for 11/2. Has anyone else had any luck getting the ressie they wanted when stalking the site?

I booked for the Dec 2nd Dessert party and am soooo excited cuz its my first time!!!!! Anyway, looked to see what other ressies were available and come to find out, no party of 2 ressies left but plenty of 3 and above! Go figure

So the computer let me in by reserving 2 adults and 1 child 0-2 years. But I couldn't do just 2 adults.

Does anyone know if this is a problem when you check in?

Many have done it this way. I think a lot (most?) just call later and have the "phantom toddler" taken off the reservation. I haven't heard of anyone having problems with it so far.

I think because they only have a certain amount of tables for 2 ppl. I havent heard of it being a problem but if I didnt get a ressie I would do this!

Not sure if you saw my post in the other thread but I was able to call the dining reservation line and they changed my reservation to two adults and no kids with no problem, might want to give that a try.

Thanks to tips on this board, I was able to snag a ressie for the Dessert Buffet for 12/15. Never thought of the phantom toddler trick, but it got me in when there were no availabilities for parties of 2. Thanks so much!

This will be our first dessert party, but I did watch from there one time about 8 years ago. It was a pretty good view and that was before the took out a bunch of the bigger trees.

I am not seeing it listed under dining events where it was previously, where are you seeing it listed?
