Just found out today that Wishes Desert Party won't start until June 1st. This stinks because we will be in the Kingdom May 14 - 21. We figured we'd try the desert party for the kids so they could have a good time but especially see Wishes unobstructed. Does anyone have any secret spots where to view wishes? Is the Noodle station still open? We always show up early to claim a spot that we think will allow the kids a great view but they always get trampled and pushed by people who show up 10 minutes before the show. It really ticks people off. I've seen many people almost come to blows before, kinda crazy. Just looking for a good spot to sit where we can actually enjoy it. Thanks.

Where did you hear this? I have one booked for May 3rd. It looks like you can try to reserve if there is availability on the site:

When I called today I was told it starts on June 1 and runs through August. I just followed your link and couldn't make a reservation. Maybe it's sold out. Does that happen often?

Hi
I have a reservation for May 30th and I know another Diser does too, because we're meeting there. It might be sold out until then.

How much is it? The link gives you a price range of $15 - $31 per person - anyone know? I would love to do this but won't pay $31 per person; I would however, pay $15 per person...

Thanks.

If I remember correctly it was based on the time frame it was at, meaning peak season was more.

I actually booked mine back in early Feb, so most likely it is sold out till then as I did my reservation over the phone and the CM didn't say anything like it was wasn't available or anything. If memory also serves me correctly that was one of the reservations where they actually charged my card before hand vs. just needing it to hold the reservation.

We are booked for the dessert party for Friday May 27th, I booked it quite a while ago. I think the cost was about $23 or $26 for the adults and $15 for children.

Yeah, I called a few minutes ago and this time I was told it only wasn't open on May 6 and 7. I asked her to look for availability for the 7 nights we are there but she said full. I told her the person i spoke with earlier today said it wasn't even starting up again til June. Maybe something got lost along the way in our conversation. Better luck next time I guess. I still need recommendations for better view spots though. Thanks everyone.

It wouldn't be on May 6 or 7 because MK closes at 7pm those nights for grad nights. We're booked for the 3rd.

Bummer about no Wishes -- it was the highlight of our trip in March.

Keep trying though, because cancellations happen. There is a 48 hour cancel policy on Wishes, so I would keep trying even when you arrive at WDW.

Good luck!

Me too, same night! It was $21

Just because they are saying it is booked up doesn't mean you should stop trying. I went twice in March and both times I booked just before - I went on March 1st and got the reservation for two maybe three days in advance. Went with a group of 9 last Tuesday and we got the reservation for that about two weeks in advance - took about a week to get those. I recommend to just keep the screen up when you are online and keep trying periodically.
