Wishes Cruise to Share 11/1 (Contemp)

Hi everyone -

I have a Wishes cruise reserved for Monday night, 11/1 leaving from the Contemporary. We are three - myself, DH and DD (6). We need to be at the dock 8:15pm, the boat leaves at 8:30 and the FW start at 9:00pm. Anyone interested in sharing, please send me a private message. (The boat holds up to 12, right now it is the 3 of us and I have interest from one other person, 2 adults sooo we have room for a party of up to 6 tops). We're on the countdown!!!! I can't wait, it will be our first FW cruise!

Hi There...

Just thought I'd let you know what we experienced on the exact same cruise you are about to take. We did it on Sept 18 (a week or so ago), and were quite UNDERWHELMED.

Maybe because there was NO MUSIC on the boat.

Maybe because we were so far away we couldn't really see much DETAIL.

Maybe because we had seen the show the night before from Main St.

Maybe because we were tired and grumpy...

We wouldn't do it again.

We went in May and had a wonderful time. I think it's what you are looking to take out of the evening. (It probably also helped that the music was out on the boats the night that we did it in May.)

I thought that the view was great (not the same as being on Main Street which we had also done the night before our cruise but great nonetheless). It was quiet, and there were no jostling crowds. It was a great family moment.

I would definitely plan another Wishes cruise, though probably not every time we go. My whole family (7 of us ages 5-67) thought it was a perfect evening.
