We are thinking about booking a Wishes cruise. Can we do this early through our planner or do we have to wait until 90 days before to try to book? Thanks :)

I believe you have to wait until 90 days out, but I'm sure someone else will come along who knows for sure. :)

As far as I know you have to book it like anyone else. I asked my wedding coordinator about this a few months ago and she said she has no pull in this area.

I wonder why they only do it 90days out??

I REALLY want to do this too

does anyone know if you have to call 90days on the nose ...do they book up fast??

Talk about torture!!!

by the way it's worth the extra couple bucks to upgrade to the larger pontoon boat because it will have the audio from wishes.

If your staying in a concierge room, you can have them (actually the IPO) book it for you but even they must do it at 90 days. We did the Wishes cruise in Dec. and had the IPO staff book it for us. They do book up fast, so I'd be on the phone as soon as they open on the 90 day mark if your booking it yourself. Oh, I'd definetly go for the piped in music. Hope this helps!

Thanks everyone for your help! We will be staying in a honeymoon room at the GF -- is that concierge?

I've tried for the past three trips to get an Illuminations cruise but by 7:02 (when I finally got through) they were booked. I kept trying every week to check for cancellations but no luck. Although last time I checked about a week before we left and even though they didn't have an Illuminations cruise they did have one opening for Wishes (I didn't take it though as we were already going to be in Epcot). So my advice is if you don't get one keep trying!

Also, if you don't get one and don't mind sharing with other people you can always check on the Illuminations/Wishes cruise sharing thread, linked below:

I called exactly 90 days out. I called mid-day from the West Coast and I had no trouble booking two boats for the Wishes cruise. It is one of the event I am looking forward to the most!

Getting a wishes cruise is easier than an illuminations cruise -- i was told there are more boats for wishes available...
