Wishes and Remember...Dreams Come True

I won a trip to DL and went with my family in late March. I, like most DISers, thought that Wishes was the most magical Disney fireworks show ever - before this trip.

Remember...Dreams Come True, is Wishes times 10. Everyone will recognize the music (they couldn't come up with something different?); however, the effects are just amazing, and I was literally bawling during the finale, it was so darn magical.

I thought you folks who haven't been to DL might enjoy watching a video of Remember...Dreams Come True, to see what I'm raving about. I posted it in two parts on YouTube, and I hope you guys will get a chance to check it out and please let me know what you think.

You are so lucky that you won a trip to Disneyland for the 50th! WOW!
I agree that "Remember...dreams come true" is such a special special fireworks show...and even though I love the WDW fireworks too, "Remember" will always be my favorite.

I agree. DL's fireworks were awesome. You would recognize Wishes in there but DL's is much better.

I absolutely loved watching your video...the fireworks show is great!!!! I cried just watching the video, it would have been worse had I been there live!! I like how they added Walt's voice into the show....that made me cry too!! Thanks for sharing!!!

OH, WOW!!!! I had never seen a video of this before! It was fabulous on video, I can only imagine how even more fabulous it must be in person!

I thought Wishes was great, but this just blows it out of the water. Now I'm jealous! Why, oh, why can't WDW do this!?!?!?!?!?

I found another video of these fireworks on www.visionsfantastic.com sometime last week. After watching it all I could say was WOW! These DL fireworks blow Wishes way out the water. Can't wait to see them in person next week.

After seeing Remember first, Wishes was so anti-climactic. Don't get me wrong, Wishes was a great show, but it's hard to compete with Walt and how Disneyland made a fireworks show out of the park. Anyone who is even thinking about seeing Remember had better get over to Disneyland before the end of September. Sounds like Remember is going to be retired at the end of the 50th Celebration.

Went last July to DL. I, too, thought Remember...Dreams was the best fireworks show ever. Going to WDW in October for MNSSHP and looking forward to being there, but sure wish I could see these fireworks again. Thanks for the post.

We loved these fireworks, but not the fact that the Wishes music was in it with the e-ride music. It just seemed disjointed. My dh loved all the fire though, LOL. He's a pyro, what can I say.

The fireworks were fabulous but in terms of getting emotion out of me and the whole experience, I still prefer Wishes.
