Wishes and Electrical Parade

I woud like to get fast passes for both of these but have no clue how to get them. They did not appear as options when I set my fastpasses 60 days out. From reading this board it seems as if it is almost a game to get them. Is there any science or tricks behind getting these fastpasses? I have a three year old boy that will be very happy if I can figure this out. Please HELP!!! LOL

According to the first post in this thread, FP for Wishes and MSEP doesn't show up until much closer to the date, sometimes not until just a few days before.

I read that. I was curious if any one had figured out when they get released or if it is totally random.

I wouldn't call it random, but it is a bit difficult to predict. I don't think anyone has figured it out.
