Wishes after CM

I have ADR's at Chef Mickey's on my arrival day for 8 PM. Is there anywhere we can see Wishes from the Contemporary? If so, do they pipe in the music?

4th floor observation deck
Sorry but I cant answer about the music

The music is piped to outdoor speakers on the 4th floor observation deck. However, the music is difficult to hear, unless your ear is immediately next to the speaker (I found it hard to hear the music over people's conversations).

However, it's a great view of the fireworks !
