Wishbook window problem

Hope you can help

Everytime I go in the Wishbook to view my info I have this window pop up that gives instructions.....Its long & I can NEVER scroll down or right click to get rid of it....one time I was able to enlarge the screen & get to the bottom to click continue....but not today...Im stuck.....

I just opened mine and when that window pops up there's a small x in the top right that will close it or the continue button at the bottom. Do you see the x or at least see the top right corner? Try clicking and see if that works for you too.

No x or cancel or continue....its like the window is longer than the screen...Ive tried shrinking, enlarging, right clicking, closing & going back in, shrinking my font.....its the incredibly growing window....I hope this isnt a sign

You need to change your screen resolution. It is probably set at 800x600 and it needs to be at least 1240x768.

If you don't know how to change it, follow these directions:

Close or minimize all open windows.
On your desk top, right click your mouse
Click the properties tab on the box that opens up.
Click on settings.
Down towards the right of the box you will see 'screen resoultion' with a little slider. Move it over to the side that says MORE.
Click Apply. Your screen will probably go black for a few seconds, don't let that scare you.
Then Click Okay.

You will now be able to access the wishbook.

I got it to work at home...I got check the resolution at work...that might just be it.....THANKS!!!!!!!!!
