we have PS on Easter for chef mickey @ 8:45pm and cindy royalt dinner @ 7:10pm. Can anyone tell us which one to go for the view of the firework and where to sit. Another thing, we stay onsite (all star movie), how is the transportation system? Is ASmov has it own bus to go the each park or you have to share with other disney resort people? And which room location shoud i request to be the closest the bus and the pool. we have two grils(4 and 6yo). We think we may have to take afternoon nap so the kids won't be so tired...Thanks so very for your help.

is the restaurant you want to go to if you want to see the fireworks, although there is no guarantee you will get a seat by the window.

I also forgot to mention that Chef Mickey's is located in the bottom level of the Contemporary resort, so you won't be able to see the fireworks from there. California Grill is also in the Contemporary and has a view of the Castle, which is where the fireworks show is displayed. Since the fireworks are above the castle, obviously, you wouldn't be able to see them from Cindy's either, since Cindy's is in the Castle. HTH.

I don't think you can see them from chef mickeys, and we have only eaten lunch in the castle so I cant help you there, I just wanted to inquire if they asked for your credit card since its a holiday. They asked for ours and said there was a cancellation policy since its the holiday. Also just wanted to say that before you cancel one of them, maybe you could post it on the restraunt board as I am sure you would make another dis family very happy. I know another poster once did this. Both the restraunts are great. If chef mickeys is your only character meal of the trip you also might want to consider that in making your decision. There is an observation deck that looks out towards MK that we have watched the fireworks before dinner at Chef Mickeys. I think it was on the lower level below Chef Mickeys, but I could be wrong. It is not the same as being at the castle, but it allows you to enjoy them.
