We signed a contract and put down a deposit on an OKW 50 pt package with a June UY. It included 50 pts from 05, 50 from 06 and 50 more coming on June 07. $88/point. We really hope it passes ROFR.

I recently bought 50 more OKW points directly from Disney at $92/point. I bought it in order to get a few more days in a grand villa using all 150 points (as you described) on the 11 month window. I did not pay closing costs. I think your offer will go through since I don't think Disney can make a great deal of money on it. Good work and congratulations.
