Even with all the Comcast news floating around, we have decided to take the plunge into DVC.

Via resale, we are going to go for 100 points at BCV. We know it's small, but we figure it's a good start. My DW really wanted BCV and we thought we would grab it while it was available rather than wait around and hope for something else.

We will be sending everything out tomorrow and then......the hard part........we wait, and wait, and wait.......

Hopefully we will hear good news sooner rather than later and we can book that first trip.

Are you buying your contract thru The Timeshare Store? We just found out today that our 105 pt contract for BCV sold! Who knows, you could have bought our contract!

Yep. That's the contract we purchased. We really liked the use year and the 5 extra points (there was another one for an even 100 that sold as well).

We're sending the paperwork and check to them tomorrow.

Congrats and Welcome Home! We just bought in Oct and had our first trip home a week ago and are so happy we took the plunge. The BCV are close to EPCOT and MGM and tons of wonderful restaurants, the pool is wonderful, and the villas are just lovely. You have picked a wonderful resort. I am so happy for you.

We received our paperwork this am, via fax, and it's already gone back, so the sale should go thru quickly. I liked BCV, but have another 600 pts over at BWV. We decided that it was not smart to have the 11 month window at two resorts who sit next door to each other, while not having that same access to any of the others. So we are selling the 105 pts, and will begin looking for OKW--I want to be able to book a grande villa--or WLV.

I am so pleased that our contract is going to a fellow Dis'er!

We overnighted (is that a word?) our deposit and signed contract yesterday and they should receive it today.

Hopefully everything will go through smoothly.

We are so happy to be buying from a fellow DISboarder (as well as from the sponsor of this board!).

Our DD (4) was drawing pictures last night of her "new home". She said "we can go and live there forever"....



We can't wait to call MS for our first reservations!
